En Pointe!

Hello Readers,
Today's task with the Summer Learning Journey Programme is  "En Pointe" For this activity, please choose your favourite inspirational quote from this website. Create a text graphic using this quote. On your blog, share your text graphic and underneath it, explain what it means to you. I grew up dancing since I was younger the first-ever dance style I learnt was Ballet. I did ballet for around two years but then moved on to doing jazz which I did for around three years and now this year I started enjoying dancing to Hip Hop!

Roald Dahl Says Your Smile is the Sun

“If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.” – Roald Dahl.

It’s amazing what good thoughts can do to a person. When you think positively, that energy expands from within you. This glow makes you look beautiful, inspires others, and makes you a pleasant person to be around. Your thoughts spread energy; choose happy energy.

  1. Kia Ora Bella,

What an amazing text graphic! You’ve chosen an incredible quote! Roald Dahl is such an incredible man, and he makes a great point: positivity attracts positivity and if you think good thoughts, your energy and vibes will make you and others happier.

I’m a strong believer in the idea that you get back what you put in, so I try to always be as positive and happy as possible. Optimism is a key element of my personality and something I aspire to always be. Even when things aren’t going great, I try to think of good things and put a smile on my dial. Sometimes it even helps others who can be having a bad day. Just being supportive and cheery can make a big difference, and happy people are always so beautiful both physically and in their own nature.

What are some things you do to stay positive? I eat right, tell silly jokes, and try to do one happy thing for myself a day.

Can’t wait to hear back from you!
