Hello Bloggers, Todays Home Learning Task For Friday Technology Is To Create An Outside Obstacle Course. We made an Obstacle Course from one of our technology groups from Christchurch East. There are much different fun and challenging tasks to get us feeling motivated and creative using our problem-solving skills. I used many different items that I found around my house and incorporated it and turned it into an Outdoor Obstacle Course. I used many different jumping techniques and running. The Items I used were two red and blue circular buckets, a Ruler, two tins and paper. Each member of my family tried it and we were timed by a clock to see who could finish the fastest. Before we started our task, we had to create and draw a plan of how from our perspective what we think it would look like. We did it multiple times and tried winning some prizes at the end for the winner. It is important in a time like this to go outside and get some Physical Exercise like going for a walk, run or bike throughout the day, or you could even be creative like me and create your very own Ideas for an Outside Obstacle Course. What activities during LockDown have you been creating?

I love the obstacle course idea. I thought about doing this myself at home, to make exercise a little bit different, with challenges around juggling some rugby balls or hitting a ball attached to a pole with a softball bat. What were some of the challenges that you had to complete as you went around the buckets? Did you get any video of someone going through the course? I've seen lots of cool videos being shared online in this time of families going through their own courses.
