Home (Wizard Of Oz)
Hello Bloggers, Todays Home Learning Task In Literacy Is Home Theme From The Wizard Of Oz. We had three different questions and we had to think of the answers from our own perspective and not entirely what the question says. These were the questions we had to answer. (Dorothy is in Kansas in the first and last chapters. How has her home changed in the meantime? Why did Oz never feel like home to the wizard? Why did it never feel like home to Dorothy Dorothy travels a long way just to end up back where she started. Do you think she'd call her journey pointless? Why or why not?) Dorothy had many different obstacles she had to dodge over the novel although with the help of her three companions Scarecrow, Tin Woodman and the Lion they are able to overcome them. Who is your favourite Character in the Wizard Of Oz?
