Les Mills (Born To Move)

Hello Bloggers, Today's Task for my Home Learning is to complete a "Les Mills" (Born To Move) workout. When I went on the website it was very intriguing, upbeat and the instructors Dez and Lucy were keeping everyone motivated before the workout. Lucy first introduced us about her neighbour who is a carpenter, we then started doing moves to do with what Lucys Neighbour does. Les Mills is a team of passionate, positive professionals who have been making a difference in New Zealanders' lives since Olympian Les Mills opened the Auckland club in 1968. They love what we do, and they're committed to dramatically improving health and happiness and helping people to become the very best they can be.

  2. Kia Bella,
How was the workout? Did it raise you heart beat and what sorts of things did you do? I see that TVNZ and Les Mills have agreed to play a workout everyday while we are in lockdown. I always enjoyed doing Jump Jam and have been to a few pump classes but to be honest my dancing skills and coordination are not the best so I always seem to go the wrong way.
What does your day look like at the moment learning at home?
I have a plan each day and part of that is going to be commenting on some blogs each morning. Have you commented on any yet, it is a great way to stay connected with other people as well as making someone else's day.
    Nga mihi,

    2. Kia ora Bella,
Sorry about the prizes not being given out. They only arrived at the start of March and I never got the chance to deliver them to Marshland before schools closed.
I have a your prize sitting at St Francis of Assisi . It is a bluetooth Endeavour Portable Bluetooth Speaker. Once schools open I will make sure you get it.
